My Story: For over 20 years, I struggled with debilitating pain, fatigue, gut issues, chemical intolerances, anxiety, insomnia, and debilitating mystery muscle spasms. I felt hopeless, like I'd exhausted all options. But I refused to give up. I took a leap of faith, moved to a new city, and discovered the tools to recover from toxic mold illness, Lyme Disease and more. I love my restored health. And I'm sharing the things that helped me the most along with what I’ve learned in Integrative Health Practitioner School, so you can thrive & regain independence too!
