About Rachel (El) Sellers

Rachel (El) has been fascinated by nature and how everything in it seems to have it’s place and purpose since childhood. She began studying health and wellness over a decade ago after experiencing what seemed like one health issue after the other. By 2020 she was debilitated and bed ridden. But in 2024 all that changed and in 2025 as she regained her health and independence, she was inspired by several other chronically ill persons turned practitioners, to start her journey to become an Integrative Health Practitioner. She is a Level 1 graduate from Dr. Stephen Cabral’s IHP Institute and has built a network of like minded colleagues.

El used alternative health options like working with health coaches, naturopaths, and their tools to regain her wellness and independence after decades of failed attempts with conventional medical doctors. She understands how frustrating it can be to have multiple doctors tell you they can’t find anything wrong with you or even that it’s all just a loop in your brain.

With El you'll be able to share your story, feel heard and begin a journey toward true wellness with simple conversations, questionnaires, labs when needed, and step by step protocols.

Mission Statement from El….

El is 4 Life is dedicated to inspiring and empowering men and women to take control of their health journeys. Through sharing my personal story of resilience and triumph over chronic illness, I aim to spark hope and motivation in those who feel lost or discouraged. The 4 in El is 4 Life is inspired by the 4 Pillars of Health:

4 Pillars of Health

I believe that true wellness encompasses four essential pillars:

1. Nourishing Connections: Cultivating meaningful relationships and social interactions that uplift and support our overall well-being. This includes how we communicate and interact with ourselves as well.

2. Mindful Movement: Embracing exercise and physical activity as a powerful tool for healing, stress relief, and joy.

3. Wholesome Nutrition: Focusing on clean water, and clean whole foods, and supplements that nourish our bodies while promoting optimal health.

4. Cleanup time: Focuses on getting good sleep, practicing relaxation and detoxification by means of patches, sauna, drinking lemon water, etc..

On top of the four pillars, I also believe an Open Mind and Positive Mindset is crucial to recovery from chronic illness: That mind welcomes a holistic exploration approach to wellness, incorporating traditional and innovative modalities, such as phototherapy, meditation, laughter yoga, pain reprocessing, somatic work, hydrogen water, nature walks, and above all divine intervention.

The Purpose

At El is 4 Life, I am committed to providing a supportive community, resources, and guidance to help men and women navigate their unique health journeys. I believe that every individual has the potential to thrive, and I am dedicated to helping you open the door to your full potential.

“Your words have power. Use them to uplift, inspire, and heal yourself. The way you talk to yourself today will shape your health and wellness tomorrow.”
